GB Sciences was founded by John Poss in Las Vegas, Nevada with a vision to revolutionize cannabis through scientific precision.
After taking over the operation, our team identified three key challenges in the market: the cost to produce quality product, the difficulty of passing Nevada's rigorous testing standards, and the lack of fun, engaging brands for the customer experience.

Jeff Naseef
Partner | General Manager | Director of Sales
Jeff Naseef is a Las Vegas native and seasoned deal‑maker who has closed more than 300 million dollars in commercial real estate transactions since earning his real estate license in 2009. With a decade at Colliers International, he executed complex deals across industrial, multi‑tenant retail, and large apartment assets, as well as multiple cannabis real estate projects in California, Puerto Rico, and Oklahoma.
Jeff has been cultivating cannabis since 2004 and has consulted on international operations, including work in Popayán, Colombia with publicly traded One World Pharma. Since 2018, he has served as General Manager and Partner at GB Sciences Nevada. Jeff has facilitated over 100 million dollars in cannabis sales over the last decade while leading high‑performance operations and building a reputation as a disciplined, professional businessman.
